“Nikuryori Kanae” opened in Kyoto in 2018 and is one of the key players in making the word “meat dishes” permeate the world.
We continue to fascinate the world with our use of high-quality domestic beef and techniques that bring out the flavor of the beef.
This time, our first collaboration was realized at Southwest Grand Hotel Teppanyaki "Matsuo".
With a similar and different combination of "meat dishes" and "teppanyaki" that we have accumulated over the years, we will deliver more delicious meat dishes and a new time to your eyes.
