[Update – Important] Notice of Possible Personal Information Leak Due to Unauthorized Access to Our Third Party Reservation Management System, and Request for Caution

Thank you for your continued patronage of Southwest Grand Hotel.
We have recently been informed that unauthorized access have occurred in the third party reservation management system the hotel uses (the site controller system “Temairazu”), and that guest personal information may have been viewed or leaked externally as a result.
We have already reported this matter to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan. In addition, security measures have been completed for the system component involved, and it is now operating normally and securely.
We would like to share the facts confirmed to date, along with important precautions we ask our guests to take.
■ Affected Reservations
Based on our investigation so far, we have confirmed that suspicious messages have been sent via the messaging app Whatsapp to guests holding reservations meeting the following conditions:
Reservation date: Reservations made on or before September 21, 2026
Stay date: Reservations for stays on or after September 21, 2026
■ Regarding Credit Card Information
The reservation management system affected by this incident does not handle or store credit card information. Therefore, no credit card information has been directly leaked from our hotel nor the third party system.
The activity currently being reported is a phishing scheme, in which fraudulent messages are sent to contact information obtained through this incident, directing recipients to an external website and attempting to have them enter their credit card details there.
■ Request to Our Guests (Important Precautions)
Our hotel will never request urgent payment or ask you to re-enter credit card information via SNS (such as WhatsApp) or other messaging services.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from our hotel or accommodation (by email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.), please take the following precautions:
Do not click any URLs or links included in the message
Do not enter your credit card details or personal information
Do not reply to the suspicious message
Do not make any payment or money transfer as instructed in the message
If you wish to confirm your reservation details, please contact our hotel directly or the official support desk of the booking site you used
■ If You Have Already Entered Information or Made a Payment
If you have already entered your credit card details on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately to request that your card be suspended, in order to prevent unauthorized use by a third party.
In addition, to help us understand the scope of this situation, we would greatly appreciate it if you could also contact the emergency inquiry desk.

【重要】当ホテルが使用する予約管理システムへの不正アクセスに伴う個人情報流出の可能性および注意喚起のお知らせ

いつもサウスウエストグランドホテルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、当ホテルが使用している予約管理システム（サイトコントローラー「手間いらず」）において第三者による不正アクセスが発生し、お客様の個人情報が外部に閲覧または流出した可能性があることが判明いたしました。
本件につきましては、すでに個人情報保護委員会への報告を完了しております。また、原因となったシステム箇所のセキュリティ対策はすでに完了しており、現在は正常かつ安全に稼働しております。
つきましては、現時点で確認されている事実関係およびご注意いただきたい事項についてご案内いたします。
■ 対象となるご予約
現時点で確認されている範囲では、以下の条件に該当するご予約の一部について、予約者様に不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認しております。
予約日： 2026年9月21日までに成立した予約
宿泊日： 2026年9月21日以降の宿泊日の予約
■ クレジットカード情報について
本事象の原因となった予約管理システムでは、クレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、保有しておりません。
そのため、当ホテルからクレジットカード情報が直接漏洩した事実はございません。今回発生している事象は、取得された連絡先宛てに偽のメッセージを送り、外部のWebサイトでクレジットカード情報を入力させようとするフィッシング行為となります。
■ ご予約者様へのお願い（ご注意いただきたい事項）
当ホテルより、SNS（WhatsApp等）やメッセージサービスを通じて、緊急の支払いやクレジットカード情報の再入力を求めることは一切ございません。
当ホテルや宿泊施設を名乗る不審な連絡（メール、SMS、WhatsApp等）を受信された際は、次の点に十分ご注意いただくようお願いいたします。
メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
不審なメッセージに返信しない
メッセージの指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
予約内容を確認する場合は、当ホテルまたはご予約された宿泊予約サイトの公式窓口へ問い合わせる
■ 万が一、情報を入力・決済してしまった場合
万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、第三者による不正利用を防ぐため、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談いただき、カードの利用停止手続き等を行ってください。
