TERMS & CONDITIONS利用規約

Terms of service
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we have established usage rules, so please abide by them. If you do not follow these rules, we may be forced to refuse your stay and use of the hotel facilities in accordance with Article 7 of the accommodation agreement. Also, in the event of an accident, the customer may be responsible for the damage, so please be especially careful.

About using guest rooms
1. After arrival, please check the evacuation route map from your room and the emergency exits on each floor. Also, please check it as it is presented on the back side of the guest room entrance door.
2. Please refrain from staying with anyone other than the registered guest.
3. Please note that long-term accommodation does not give rise to legal rights regarding residence.
4. We do not allow minors to stay alone without parental permission. In addition, please refrain from users who cause trouble and anxiety to other customers by losing reason due to physical and mental exhaustion, drugs, drinking, etc.

room key
1. Please make sure the door is locked when you leave the room during your stay.
2. When using the hotel's restaurants and bars, please present your card key ring when signing bills.
3. Please be sure to use the "door guard" on the door while you are in the room and when you go to bed.

Visitor
1. Please meet with visitors in the lobby.
2. When someone knocks on the door, please open the door with the "door guard" on or check with the door scope. If you feel suspicious, please contact the front desk.

in the guest room
1. Please do not use fire, candles, etc. for heating or cooking in the guest rooms and corridors without permission from the hotel. Also, cooking in the guest room is strictly prohibited.
2. All guest rooms and floors are non-smoking, so smoking including electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited.
3. Please do not use the guest room for purposes other than accommodation, such as business activities, offices, parties, etc., without permission from the hotel.
4. Please do not move the fixtures in the guest room, or add or modify the guest room without the permission of the hotel.
5. Please do not take small items in the guest room out of the guest room.
6. Please do not place anything on the window side that may spoil the appearance of the hotel.
7. Do not allow anyone other than the registered guest to use the guest room.

Checked items
1. Unless otherwise specified, the storage period for deposited items is as follows. Items that have passed the storage period will be treated as if there is no intention to pick them up based on laws and regulations.
(1) Deposit for outpatients at the front desk for 1 month
(2) Deposit in the cloakroom 1 month
2. We are unable to accept items deemed difficult to store at the Hotel, such as works of art and antiques.

lost property
1. Please note that lost items will be stored for up to 30 days, including the date of discovery, after which they will be delivered to the nearest police station.
2. Please note that regardless of the expiration date, lost food and drink items will be stored until the next day due to the hotel's hygiene management, and will be properly disposed of after that.

Use of parking lot
1. In the hotel premises where our hotel is located, please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff.
2. Do not leave valuables or other items in your parked car. We are not responsible for any loss or theft while parking.
3. Use of the parking lot during your stay is 1,500 yen per night. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk when you leave.
4. In addition, please observe the hotel's parking lot management regulations (parking lot usage guide).
bill
1. Payment shall be made in cash, vouchers, traveler's checks, lodging vouchers, credit cards, etc., or alternatives approved by the Hotel.
2. We ask that you settle your account upon arrival. Please note.
3. If we ask you to settle the charges during your stay, please make the payment each time. In addition, if the hotel does not pay even if it is requested, we may ask you to vacate the room.
4. If payment is to be received from someone other than the guest, if payment is not made by the specified date, the guest will be charged directly.
5. Please note that we do not offer advance payment for shopping at arcade stores not operated by the hotel or outside the hotel.
6. Please note that a facility fee will be charged when using the telephone (including international access telephone) and fax in the guest room.

Please refrain from bringing the following items into the hotel or doing any other actions that may cause trouble for other guests.
1. Dogs, cats, birds and other pets. (However, assistance dogs are excluded.)
2. Combustible or flammable.
3. Items that emit offensive odors and poisons.
4. Other items prohibited by law.
5. Blatant, intimidating behavior, behavior that disturbs public morals, or behavior that causes disgust or annoyance (including noise, etc.) to other customers.
6. Going out of the guest room in yukata, slippers, etc.
7. Moving fixtures or using them for purposes other than intended.
8. Advertisement, distribution of promotional material, sale of goods, solicitation, etc.
9. Please do not take photos or videos in the hotel or on the premises without permission for commercial purposes or that may cause inconvenience to other guests.

disaster prevention guide
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we are always taking all possible measures to prepare a perfect disaster prevention system.

Upon arrival in your room
・Please confirm two or more emergency exits on the emergency evacuation map inside the entrance door.
・Evacuation passages in two directions are prepared from every room to the emergency exit, so please actually walk and check.

If a fire is discovered
・Please notify the front desk immediately.
・Inform the people around you in a loud voice.
・If you think that there is a disaster due to smoke or smell, please contact the front desk immediately.

In the event of a fire in the hotel
・By emergency broadcast, we will inform you of the outbreak of fire.
・The hotel staff will guide you to a safe place, so please evacuate calmly.

When evacuating
・Be sure to close the door when leaving the room to prevent the spread and spread of fire.
・Wet a towel with water and cover your nose and mouth.
・Lower your posture along the wall and choose the evacuation stairs in the opposite direction of the smoke.
・When evacuating, never use the elevator.
・Once you have evacuated, it is dangerous to return to your room to retrieve valuables, so please do not do so.

in the event of an earthquake
・Follow the instructions on the in-house announcement.
・Keep away from windows.
・Watch out for falling objects and protect your head.
・Never use the elevator.
