Teppanyaki "Matsuo" where the food is cooked right in front of you at the counter seats.
We grill high-quality Japanese beef from various regions across Japan, focusing on Okinawa right in front of you, bringing out the natural deliciousness of the ingredients.
In addition, the fresh island vegetables served are carefully selected by the chef himself at the local market.
It is then cooked with various ways, including grilling and steaming.
We provide fresh fish from the nearby Tomari fishing port.
You can fully indulge in a meticulously crafted, luxurious course with all five senses.

Matsuo, a teppanyaki restaurant where you can enjoy a blissful time at the enthusiastic atmosphere counter seats, is now open for lunch. You can enjoy fresh fish delivered from Tomari fishing port and branded Motobu beef to the fullest.
Dinner
We welcome you with carefully selected course meals suitable for dinner on special occasions. Using fresh ingredients such as Okinawa Agu pork, high-quality Wagyu beef from all over the country, live lobster, fresh fish and vegetables, our chefs will carefully prepare each dish right in front of the counters.
