Application for accommodation contract
Article 2
1. A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:

(2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
(3) Accommodation charges (in principle, according to the accommodation charges listed in Attached Table 1)
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. In the event that the Guest requests, during his/her stay, the continuation of the stay beyond the accommodation date in Item 2 of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall treat it as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made. To do.
Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.
Article 3
(1) An accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the hotel has accepted the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when it is proved that the hotel did not accept it.
(2) When an accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the hotel up to the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay (three days if it exceeds three days) shall be paid by the date specified by the hotel. (3) The application fee shall first be applied to the final accommodation fee to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation arises in which the provisions of Article 6 and Article 17 are applied, then the penalty shall be paid in order of compensation. If there is any remaining balance, it will be refunded at the time of payment of charges as stipulated in Article 12.
⑷ If the application fee in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel in accordance with the provisions of the same Paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. However, this is limited to cases where the Hotel has notified the Guest to that effect when specifying the due date for payment of the deposit.

Article 4
(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract that does not require the payment of the deposit as stipulated in the same paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.
(2) In accepting the application for an accommodation contract, if the Hotel does not request payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the due date for payment of the said deposit, it shall be deemed that the special contract stipulated in the preceding paragraph has been accepted. handle.
Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract
Article 5
1. The Hotel may refuse to conclude an Accommodation Contract in the following cases.
(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
(2) When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy.
(3) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals regarding accommodation.
⑷When the person who intends to stay is a gangster, a gangster member, a gang-affiliated group or related person, or other anti-social forces.
⑸When the person who intends to stay is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by gangsters or members of gangsters.
⑹ When the person who intends to stay is a corporation and one of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
(7) When a person seeking accommodation has made a violent request to the Hotel or an employee of the Hotel, or has demanded a burden that exceeds the reasonable range.
(8) When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
(9) When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
⑽ When the person who intends to stay is likely to cause trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, etc. When there is behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
Guest Right to Cancel Contract
Article 6
1. The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
2. If the guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons for which the guest is responsible In the case where payment is requested and the guest cancels the accommodation contract before the payment. However, in the event that the Hotel has agreed to a special agreement as set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, the Hotel will notify the Guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in response to the special agreement. The hotel's right to cancel the contract
Article 7
1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
⑴ When it is recognized that the guest may commit acts contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals, or when it is recognized that the guest has committed such acts.
(2) When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
(3) When the accommodation cannot be provided due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
⑷ When you are an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, an organization related to an organized crime group or a related person, or other anti-social forces.
(5) When an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.
(6) When a corporation has a member of an organized crime group among its officers.
(7) When the Guest makes violent demands or demands an unreasonable burden from the Hotel or its employees.
⑻ When it falls under the provisions of Article 5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Okinawa Prefecture Hotel Business Law.
(9) When the guest is likely to cause trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, etc. When there is behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
⑽ When you do not follow the prohibited items (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) in the usage rules established by the hotel, such as smoking in the guest room, mischiefing firefighting equipment, etc.
2. When the hotel has canceled the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for the accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided.
Registration of accommodation
Article 8
1. The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation.
(1) Guest's name, age, gender, address and occupation
(2) For foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
(3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. When the Guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 12 by any means other than currency, such as traveler's cheques, accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc., these shall be presented in advance at the time of registration as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.
Room usage time
Article 9
1. The Guest can use the guest room of the Hotel from 15:00 to 12:00 the next day. However, in the case of consecutive stays, it can be used all day except for the day of arrival and departure.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel may permit the Guest to use the guest room outside the hours stipulated in the same Paragraph. In this case, additional charges listed in the usage rules established by the hotel will be charged.
3. When the Guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 12 by means other than currency such as traveler's cheques, coupons, credit cards, etc., he/she shall present them in advance at the time of registration as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.

1. The Guest shall observe the rules of use established by the Hotel and posted within the premises of the Hotel.

1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the guest and the calculation method thereof shall be as listed in Appended Table 1.

Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made in Japanese currency or by means of traveler's checks, accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc. recognized by the hotel, at the time of departure of the guest or when requested by the hotel, at the front cashier. Our responsibility
Article 13
1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages in the course of fulfilling the Accommodation Contract and related contracts, or in the event of any non-fulfillment thereof causing damage to the Guest. However, this shall not apply if it is due to reasons not attributable to the hotel.
2. The hotel has taken out corporate liability insurance to deal with unexpected fires.
Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided
Article 14
1. In the event that the hotel cannot provide the contracted guest room to the guest, the hotel shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange other accommodations under the same conditions as much as possible.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when the Hotel cannot arrange other accommodation facilities, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges, and the compensation fee shall be applied to the reparations. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room, we will not pay the compensation fee.
Handling of deposited items
Article 15
1. When damage such as loss or breakage occurs to the goods, cash and valuables deposited at the front desk by the guest, the hotel shall compensate for the damage, except in the case of force majeure. increase.
2. Loss, breakage, or other damage caused intentionally or negligently on the part of the Hotel to items, cash, or valuables brought into the Hotel by the Guest but not deposited at the front desk. In that case, the hotel will compensate for the damage. However, the hotel will compensate for damages up to 150,000 yen for items for which the type and value have not been reported in advance by the guest.
Storage of guest's baggage or personal belongings
Article 16
1. In the event that the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to their arrival, the hotel will be responsible for keeping it only when the hotel has agreed prior to their arrival, and will hand it over to the guest at the front desk upon check-in. increase.
2. After the guest has checked out, if the guest's cash or valuables (*) are left behind at the hotel, the hotel will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or if the owner cannot be identified, as a general rule we will keep it for 7 days including the date of discovery, and then deliver it to the nearest police station. Guest Responsibility

1. In the event that the Hotel suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.
Disclaimer
Article 19
1. The use of computer communication from within the hotel shall be done at the guest's own responsibility. Even if the service is interrupted due to system failure or other reasons during the use of computer communication, and the user suffers any damage as a result, the Company does not take any responsibility. In addition, if the Company or a third party suffers damage due to an act that the Company deems inappropriate for the use of computer communication, the User will be required to compensate for the damage.
